What is the material for membrane switch flexible circuits?

The materials used in membrane switch flex circuits are insulating films, adhesives, and conductors. The insulating film forms the bottom layer of the circuit and the adhesive bonds the copper foil to the insulating layer. In a multi-layer design, it is bonded together with the inner layer. They are also used as protective cover to shield the circuit from dirt and moisture and to reduce the stress during flexing. The copper foil forms a conductive layer. Membrane switch (flexible circuit) data is formed in some membrane switches, and rigid members made of aluminum or stainless steel are used. They can provide dimensional fluctuations, provide physical support for the placement of components and wires, and stress. Release. The adhesive bonds the rigid member and the flexible circuit together. In addition, there is another type of material which is sometimes used in a flexible circuit. It is an adhesive layer which is formed by coating an adhesive on both surfaces of an insulating film. The adhesive ply sheet provides case protection and electronic insulation functions, and can eliminate one layer of film, as well as the ability to have multiple layers with fewer layers of adhesive. There are many varieties of insulating film data, but the most commonly used materials are polyimine and polyester.
